This is a very improptu movie scene after workout with the Insanity dvd....has somebody tried this workout? Not sure if im getting in shape or plan to have a heart attack......hahah....Yikes!.....In the begining u can watch me panting and glistening with sweat........*smile* ........anybody messaged and asked me to try a very soft to very hard episode.....right when I finshed i threw on my moviemaker program. Got a little playful at the end.
